Will China be a player in DNA sequencing?

There has been a lot of talk about the $1000 genome, but the prices for genome sequencing have not really come down.

Now a company in China could disrupt the sequencing market hopefully and drive down sequencing prices.

This is good news for the consumer, and Healthcare in general too.
Remember what happened to electronics and manufacturing?
Prices went much lower and companies found they could stay in business and come up with new product lines because they could outsource certain aspects of their business.

Already, pharmaceutical manufacturers seem to be taking advantage of this to make smarter drugs, so this market and trend will continue to evolve, I think
